Rates & Insurance

The return on investment and value for therapy can be immeasurable as its goal is to improve your life, relationships, health, family, and well-being.

To those who are experiencing financial losses associated with COVID-19, we are offering Reduced Fee options for those who do not have insurance coverage or insurance does not cover telehealth (online counseling) services. Please contact the office at 615-334-4911 for any questions.

Self-Pay Rates

  • Individual Sessions: $125 -130

  • Couples Session: $150

Insurance

We are currently in-network with multiple insurance plans including coverage through Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Rates may vary with insurance. Please don't hesitate to contact us for questions or more information.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

We’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

  • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?

  • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

  • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment: We accept all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. There is a $50 charge for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice. Other Payment Resources

Sliding Scale/Reduced Fee is also available through Open Path Collective. Each therapist has limited spots available. For more information go to https://openpathcollective.org

Any Other Questions: Please contact us for any additional questions you may have. We look forward to hearing from you!

Please note: You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
